MORE Points Policy

Overview

Our MORE Points Program is designed to reward our valued customers for shopping with us. By earning points on eligible purchases, you can enjoy discounts and exclusive offers on future orders.

Earning Points

• You automatically start earning points once you create an account and make purchases.
• For every 1 EGP spent, you earn 1 MORE point (unless stated otherwise during promotional campaigns).
• Occasionally, bonus points may be offered during promotions, product launches, or special events.

Redeeming Points

• Loyalty points can be converted into promo codes, which can then be used at checkout for discounts on future purchases.
• Only the customer is responsible for choosing how many points to convert into a promo code.
• The minimum amount of points that can be converted into a promo code is 100 points.
• 100 points = 1 EGP discount.
• Once a promo code is generated, it cannot be reversed back into points.
• Points and promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promo codes generated from points may be subject to an expiration date (7 days once created).

Points Expiry

• MORE points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Non-Eligible Purchases

• Points are not earned on:
  • Taxes and shipping fees
  • Gift card purchases
  • Cancelled or refunded orders

Account Activity

• Points will be removed if an order is canceled or refunded.
• In case of account inactivity for more than 12 months, your points balance may be reset.

Abuse & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abusing the loyalty program.
• MORE points and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
