Refund and Returns Policy
At More, we are committed to providing a safe and exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. We comply with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 to ensure the rights of all our valued customers. Below is our official refund and exchange policy:
First: Refund Conditions
- Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the law.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its accessories and original packaging intact.
- Refunds will not be accepted for items that have been used, opened, or tampered with—unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake in the delivered item.
- If the reason for refund is not due to an error by More (e.g., the customer changed their mind), the customer is responsible for full shipping costs (both ways).
- If a discount code or promotional offer was used, the actual amount paid will be refunded—not the product’s original price before the discount.
Second: Exchange Conditions
- Customers may request to exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, under the same conditions listed for returns above.
- The product must be new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- For exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping costs, unless the reason is a defect or error in the order from More’s side.
- If the purchase was made using a discount or coupon, the price difference will be calculated based on the amount paid, not the original product price.
Third: Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Products
- Products that have been tampered with or are missing essential components.
- Customized products or items made specifically upon the customer’s request.
- Perishable products or items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, cosmetics, and similar items, if they have been opened or used.
Fourth: How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase, within no more than 14 days from the date the returned product is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.
